Apartment!
We just were approved for a 1-bedroom apartment. Yeah! Garrett's going to move to my side of the river, and I think he's excited. We're planning on taking a lot of long walks by the water and hang out at the gym. Our broker was even cool. He said he really wants to help paint (and I really believe he's sincere). Finally a broker I'm glad is getting paid for this!

ReplyDeleteHey! I just found your blog! :) Congrats on the new apartment! The Financial District is such a fun neighborhood (as you know). And who can complain about having a Chipotle downstairs? :)
ReplyDeleteWow!!! I new NY was expensive but I didn't know it was quite that expensive. Your monthly rent will be more than the mortgage on our new 3,000 sq foot house. It does look like a great to place live.
ReplyDeleteJohn says he will rent you a 2 bedroom home with a yard for $1,200. John will even mow the lawn.
